We're only as strong as we prepare for. By using leading software like Asana, Salesforce,  and Google Universal Analytics we ensure that each project gives the process the respect it deserves. PROJECTS

PC - MAC MIGRATION

Helped migrate a team of 10 from PC's to Mac laptops. This included creating knowledge videos, articles, and one on one training with staff.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SALESFORCE APPROVAL PROCESS

Updated our process to approve and disburse funds to clients in need. Through market research, collaborating with the Power of Us Hub, internal partners, and a professional volunteer from Catchafire, we created a trackable and scalable system that worked for us not against us.

KNOWLEDGE SHARING

I created over 40 how-to videos and documentation for internal staff. I began a guide to being a salesforce administrator for Family Promise of Greater Denver.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT SALESFORCE MIGRATION

Migrated team from using only microsoft suite products to Salesforce to manage clients. This allowed us to capture better data, report on it, and give clients better communication.

CLOUD MIGRATION

Moved all local files to the Egnyte cloud and gave staff the ability to work from home more efficiently. Trained staff and assisted them one on one technology problems.

SALESFORCE SCREEN FLOW - CLIENT SERVICES

Before the screen flow, staff and volunteers were not able to easily move through the intake process. Now, each screen guides new volunteers through tough conversations with ease.
